Cappadoccia

My number one travel priority here in Turkey was actually Cappadoccia, so I was really happy to finally go there!

On our way to Göreme, where we stayed the first night, we stopped at Tuz Gölü - a salt lake- that is soo huge and really impressive.

Before we finally arrived to our hotel, we did a short stop at a panorama point with a wonderful view over Göreme.
Since the trip itself with all the stops took around 6 hours and we first left Ankara around 11 o'clock, we basically just put the luggage on our rooms and left for the Turkish Night.
At the Turkish Night there were some dancer from different region in Turkey and we were served some Turkish food and loads of Raki and wine.

The second day was mainly a bus tour with a tour guide through the region of Cappadoccia with stops in different valleys, a pottery and a wine factory ( which was actually only a wine outlet).

Unfortunately the weather was not that good during the time we were there, so I could not see any of the hot-air balloons:(

The second night was a little highlight, since we stayed at a Spa hotel in the middle of nowhere, which had a thermal and a normal pool, a Turkish bath and a sauna.

I can definitely recommend everyone to visit Cappadoccia, since it is thoroughly stunning!
